ARTISAN BREADS

 We have been making our fresh breads from scratch since we first opened our doors. Our artisan breads are mixed from scratch, shaped by hand and baked directly on a hearth. We use steam during baking to further develop the flavor, color and texture of each variety without the addition of chemical additives and preservatives.
