How We Started

In 1954, Raymond Roch, Sr. Opened up a small fruit stand in front of his father's grocery store, Veterans Square Market, in West Warwick, Rhode Island. What started as a small stand became a thriving wholesale and retail establishment serving all of Rhode Island.

Our Operations

We have a fleet of over 16 refrigerated trucks that service all of Rhode Island, Eastern Connecticut and Southeastern Massachusetts. We offer 7 day a week delivery, same day or next day delivery, and our wholesale operation is open 24 hours, 7 days a week for order processing and receiving. 

Our Produce is bought directly daily from local farmers, on the spot in the market in Boston and also from distributors nationwide, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality and freshest products available.

Who We Service

Roch's Produce delivers to a wide variety of restaurants, market, schools, hotels and other establishments across Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Some of our larger accounts include:  The University of Rhode Island, Rhode Island Public Schools through Sodexo, the Janco group of restaurants that include all the Newport Creamery's and Quidnessett Country Club, the Crowne Plaza and Johnson and Wales.

We also deliver to many of the smaller restaurants, delis, coffee shops and local businesses in the area.  No company is too large or too small for our attention.

Our Products and Services

We offer a full line of fruits and vegetables from local farmers and nationwide distributors.  We also carry a full line of dairy from local establishments, cheeses, foodservice size canned goods and products and frozen products.

We also offer a wide variety of prep products.  We cary a full line of diced and peeled vegetables, a variety of salad mixes, stir fry mixes, veggie medleys, fruit salads, cut up fruit and fruit trays.  We can service anywhere from a small gathering to 40,000 school children.
